Telecom (and Tech) are male-dominated industries and gender gap is huge as everyone should now. Officially I am not in this statistic since I don't work in a telecom company but I really feel myself part of this market as I am in this industry for a long time. However, despite of the numbers, I am really proud to see so many strong and competent women that are making difference in our Industry. The fight for gender equality is a daily battle, we are way too far but together we can run the world. I have some ideas to foment a Women in Telco (Tech) group in Latin America. Shall we talk about that?
