GENERAL CONDITIONS - TICKETS

Once payment is confirmed, the attendee will receive a confirmation of the purchased ticket at the email address provided during registration.
A confirmation letter will be sent within up to 24 business hours after the registration is completed.

 

Exchange, cancellation and refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable.
If the attendee is unable to attend the event, they may:
• Assign a substitute to use the ticket, or
• Use the amount paid as credit toward participation in a future Conecta LATAM event.

​

The credit must be used within a maximum period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
